Note :  Class IV ddaC neurons were visualized using ppkGal4,UAStdCD4GFP in live, wandering third instar larvae. GAL4/UAS experiments for ddaC neuron dendrite defects were performed at 29 C to increase GAL4 efficiency. This reconstruction was obtained from a transheterozygous Tral mutant. Tral mutant was obtained from strong hypomorphic tralKG08052 trald0927 allele and the weak hypomorphic Trald0927.
