This group corresponds to mice rendered severely parkinsonian (unilateral injection of 6-OHDA in the MFB, >85% dopaminergic lesion) and treated during 14 days with 12mg/kg L-DOPA/benserazide that induced severe dyskinesias. Slices were obtained 24h after the last injection of L-DOPA/benserazide.
