| Note : | These mice were back-crossed into a CD1 background. Cd40+/- mice were crossed to generate Cd40-/- mice from which cultures were established. The cultures were treated with the following reagents as indicated in the text: CD40-Fc (1 microgram/mL), and Fisetin (1 micromolar). For the analysis of neurite morphology, treatments were performed the next day after seeding the neurons. Neuronal morphology was retrieved after 10 days. |
