Note :  The ventricular and subventricular zones of E14.5 CGE (Vip-Cre and R26-Ai14) were dissected from donor embryos. Dissociated cells were infected with lenti-Gfp-SCGN virus and injected cells into the cortex. Cells were visualized by GFP and tdTomato and imaged by confocal microscopy.
