| Note : | The retrovirus expressing an inhibitory optogene Archaerhodopsin-3 (Arch-EGFP) was injected bilaterally into the dorsal area of the septal DG at postnatal day 3. For Neo-DGNs groups, [AP]: -1.2 mm; lateral [L]: +/-1.35 mm; [P]: -2.6 mm. 1 microliter of viral suspension were injected at a flow rate 0.25 L/min. Illumination was applied throughout the session at 1 Hz pulses of 750 ms. This reconstruction was obtained 2 months after BrdU injection. |
