Note :  On gestational Day 12.5, the pregnant mouse received a single dose of 600 mg valproate sodium per kg body weight, diluted in saline to a final volume of 0.2 ml, administered by oral gavage. The enriched cages included two floors, measuring 100 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm, with the capacity for up to 20 mice. EE cages included toys of different forms, colors, and sizes, constructed with various materials and textures, and were equipped with running wheels, ladders, cylinders, and balls, which were periodically replaced or displaced at 15 day intervals.
