Note :  This reconstruction belongs to the Rac1 long 3 UTR group and was obtained 14 days after transduction. Primary cortical neurons were infected at day 1 with lentivirus carrying a shRNA (shRac1 long 3 UTR). The SWC units for this cell are expressed in pixels rather than in microns. Thus, the morphometric measurements can be compared within other cells within this archive, but not across the rest of the database.
