Note :  This reconstruction belongs to the rescue Rac1 long 3 UTR and was obtained 14 days after transduction. Primary cortical neurons were infected at day 1 with the recombinant plasmid expressing full length Rac1 plus the long 3 UTR sequence, with pA1 mutated (pRP[Exp] mCherryEF1A N {Rac1 long form}) (mCherrie rescue Rac1 long 3 UTR). The SWC units for this cell are expressed in pixels rather than in microns. Thus, the morphometric measurements can be compared within other cells within this archive, but not across the rest of the database.
