Note :  This reconstruction was obtained from a mouse that received daily intraperitoneal injections of LPS (Escherichia coli serotype: 0111:B4; Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) dissolved in normal saline at a dose of 0.75 mg/kg for seven consecutive days (days 1-7). Starting from day 8, the mouse received three IN doses of hiPSC-NSCEVs over 6 days, with each dose separated by two days.
