Note :  Cells were from cervical and lumbar cord and the individual position in the medial and lateral motor pools is indicated in Fig. 1 of the reference publication. This reconstruction was obtained from a sham animal. Dams were anesthetized, and the left femoral artery was isolated. A Fogarty balloon catheter was inserted into the femoral and advanced to the level of the descending aorta, above the uterine arteries for 40 min.
