Note :  This reconstruction was obtained from an offspring at 22 days old with maternal exposure to a control diet. From the sixth week, receive a control diet (CD, D12450H, Research Diet, New Brunswick, NJ, USA, 10% Kcal fat) for five weeks. Mating was performed during the night of proestrus in the fifth week. Pregnancy was determined by evaluating the presence of a vaginal plug after 8 h of contact with the male. The day following the presence of the vaginal plug was considered gestational day 0.5 (E0.5) and continued with a control diet until PND22.
