Note :  This reconstruction was obtained from an offspring at 22 days old with maternal exposure to a high-fat diet (HFD). From the sixth week, receive HFD (D12451, Research Diet, New Brunswick, NJ, USA, 45% Kcal fat) for five weeks. Mating was performed during the night of proestrus in the fifth week. Pregnancy was determined by evaluating the presence of a vaginal plug after 8 h of contact with the male. The day following the presence of the vaginal plug was considered gestational day 0.5 (E0.5). After mating, they continued to be fed ad libitum with the same diet, the HFD group until PND22.
