| Note : | To achieve sparse labeling of a few dozens of cortical neurons, a mixture of AAV2/1-hSyn-Cre and AAV2/1-CAG-Flex-EGFP was injected. The viral mixture was delivered through an oil hydraulic micromanipulator (Narishige, MO-10, 17 nL/min for 50 nL) into mPFC (injection site, AP: +1.85, ML: 0.4, DV: 1.7). Each mouse was injected unilaterally and maintained for 5 weeks to allow stable and strong expression of EGFP. |
