Note :  This reconstruction belongs to an animal that was injected into single-celled zebrafish embryos at 0.05 pmoles per embryo with morpholino antisense oligonucleotides that mediates the knockdown of Cx35. The experimental treatment condition for this group includes CAMKII inhibitor treatment from 4 dpf till 7dpf with KN-93 (1 micromolar) and KN-92 (1 micromolar), and DMSO (1%).
