Note :  This reconstruction was obtained from a mouse immunized intranasally three times at 14-day intervals with a formalin-inactivated H7N7 vaccine containing a cyclic di-AMP adjuvant (VAC), after 10 days post-infection. The immunized animals were administered intranasally a dose of 8.4 micrograms per mouse of formalin-inactivated H7N7 IAV vaccine with 10 micrograms/microliter of mucosal adjuvant cyclic di-AMP in 20 microliters Ampuwa as immune priming.
