| Note : | The retrovirus expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) was injected bilaterally into the dorsal area of the septal DG at postnatal day 28. For Adol-DGNs groups, [AP]: -2.8 mm; [L]:+/-1.5 mm; [P]:-3.5 mm deepness. 2 microliters of viral suspension were injected at a flow rate 0.25 L/min. This reconstruction was obtained 1 month after BrdU injection. |
