Note :  Immunized by subcutaneous injections with 300 ul of 200 ug Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein (MOG)35-55 in incomplete Complete Freunds Adjuvant containing 8 mg/ml Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pertussis toxin (500 ng) injected on day of immunization + two days later (Sardi et al 2014). aCSF osmotically administered by intrathecal catheter. Reconstructions performed at 16 dpi (after 14 days of delivery).
