| Note : | Class IV ddaC neurons were visualized using ppkGal4,UAStdCD4GFP in live, wandering third instar larvae. GAL4/UAS experiments for ddaC neuron dendrite defects were performed at 29 C to increase GAL4 efficiency. Reconstruction was obtained from a Ypsilon schachtel (Yps) mutant heterozygote. For Lexogen reads we inverted the strand flag of the first mate in the BAM files using in-house scripts to account for the reversed strandness of R1 when using the Lexogen SENSE library kit. |
