| Note : | This reconstruction was obtained from a transheterozygous bel mutant. Bel mutant was obtained from hypomorphic belneo30 allele and the null bel6 allele. GAL4/UAS experiments for ddaC neuron dendrite defects were performed at 29 C to increase GAL4 efficiency. For Lexogen reads we inverted the strand flag of the first mate in the BAM files using in-house scripts to account for the reversed strandness of R1 when using the Lexogen SENSE library kit. |
