Note :  This reconstruction was obtained from a transheterozygous bel mutant. Bel mutant was obtained from hypomorphic belneo30 allele and the null bel6 allele. For Lexogen reads we inverted the strand flag of the first mate in the BAM files using in-house scripts to account for the reversed strandness of R1 when using the Lexogen SENSE library kit.
