Note :  Reconstructions were obtained from C57 wild-type mice that had been co-transplanted with MGE-derived cortical interneuron precursor cells labeled with tdTomato. The MGE precursor cells used for these transplants were obtained from E13.5 Embryos that carried mutant Pcdh gamma alleles. The mutant cells were labeled with tdTomato activated by Nkx2.1Cre (Nkx2.1Cre; Ai14fl/fl; Pcdh-I3 fcon3fl/fl). This reconstruction was obtained 8 days after transplantation. The SWC units for this cell are expressed in pixels rather than in microns. Thus, the morphometric measurements can be compared within other cells within this archive, but not across the rest of the database.
