Note :  This reconstruction was obtained from a transheterozygous sqd mutant. The mutant was obtained from hypomorphic sqdK12 and strong hypomorphic sqd1 genetic mutant alleles, which produces some viable wandering larvae. GAL4/UAS experiments for ddaC neuron dendrite defects were performed at 29 C to increase GAL4 efficiency.
