| Note : | Mice culled by cervical dislocation. Retinas dissected immediately after death and transferred to a culture insert with media supplemented with a TrkB agonist (ZEB85) 50micrograms/mL. Incubated for 72hrs. Retinas then labelled using DiOlisitics-Tungsten particles coated with DiI/DiO fired from a gene gun. After labelling, retinas were fixed in PFA and imaged by confocal microscopy. |
