Output Panel

The output panel allows to specify desired output functions such as SWC Conversion, Sub trees generation and also to redirect the results of the analysis into a text file. To select the name and extension of the file, click "Output file".




Other options available on this panel are as follows:

Global: This checkbox allows the user to perfom group study. All neuron inserted in the Input panel will be considered as a single structure.




Raw Data: If this checkbox is marked, data are returned as the extensive list of values from which all statistics are computed. It is recommended to only check this option when a simgle function is selected.




SWC Conversion: When this checkbox is marked, a copy of all neurons loaded in the Input panel is converted to SWC format and saved in the same directory of the original files (with the extension .swc added to their orginal names).
 





Subtrees group: This checkbox can be marked to generate the sub trees or analyse the generated sub trees.The sub trees will be generated in SWC format.

- If "Generate Subtrees" option is selected, the sub trees of the input neuron is created in "sub_trees_dir" folder in the same location as the input neuron file.
- If "Analyse Subtrees" is selected, only sub trees information is displayed in the Go panel. No sub trees are stored in physical location.





Important Note

Global, Raw Data and SWC Conversion form one group of selection and Subtress Group form another group. Both of these sets of selection are mutually exclusive. If any of Global, Raw Data or SWC Conversion is selected, you cannot select Subtrees group and vice versa.
