Go Panel
The Go Button starts the analysis. If no output file is selected in the
Output panel, the results appear in the text window.
As an example, the Diameter analysis on neuron n414 produces the following output:

Sometimes you may see the below pop up window, which indicates that there are few missing compartments in the input file.
